         Organosilicon insulating varnishes KO-916, KO-916A, KO-916K are designed for electrical steel varnishing and production of wire with glass fiber insulation; as coating and sizing varnishes for copper wire enameling, for mounting of glass fiber to copper during the wire production; for coating of printed circuits, for production of flexible micaceous materials; for mica paper tapes, micanite and micaceous laminate tapes, flexible micanites; for impregnation and greasing of electrical machinery winding including those of heat-resistance class H in tropical and oil-resistant versions.

Varnish KO-921 is characterized by a low drying temperature, good dielectric properties, moisture- and heat resistance.

It is used for the impregnation of glass braid of wires and cables, as well as an impregnating and coating varnish that can withstand the temperatures up to 250 °C.

It is widely used to protect electrical machines and apparatuses against  moisture and fungal mold.

            In the food industry, it is used as a release coating for metal molds intended for baking meat, meat loaves and biscuit semi-finished products.

 

 

Organosilicon varnish KO-915 of grades A, B (TS 20.16.57-330-00209013-2021 КО-915A, TS 20.30.12-266-00209013-2018 KO-915B)

 

          Silicone varnish KO-915 (b.K-44) of grades A, B, is intended for the manufacture of electrical insulating heat-resistant and moisture-proof materials used in electric machines and devices.

            By agreement with the consumer, packaging of varnishes in railway tanks is allowed.

                                 It is used as the base of heat-resistant insulating impregnating composition compositions for the manufacture of laminated plastics for electrical insulation purposes employed in electrical machines and apparatuses with class “H” heat resistance.

 

«Siloterm-32» varnish (PolySilsesquioxanes)

 

Silicone heat-resistant varnishes are widely used in such branches of industry such as construction, mechanic engineering, electric power, metallurgy and others. They are solutions of silicone resins in organic solvents. Silicone varnish coatings are characterized by good dielectric properties, resistance to the effects of tropical climates, mineral oils and salt solutions, to the action of ozone, alcohol vapors, inorganic acids and other corrosive media, and also they have high adhesive and impregnating ability, moisture- and fungus resistance, which determines their unique character.

The varnishes allow obtaining hydrophobic protective coatings, which work for a long time in conditions of high temperature (250-300ºС). The service life of coatings in such conditions is much longer than that of varnish films based on organic polymers.

In terms of weather ability and heat resistance, silicone coatings outperform all known organic coatings.

- Siloterm-32 is used as a protective coating for parts and mechanisms operating at temperatures up to 300oC;

Organosilicon varnish KO-85 (Industrial standard 11066-74)

 

Heat-resistant organosilicon varnish KO-85 is used for protective coating of concrete, brick, metal, plastered, reinforced concrete and asbestos-cement surfaces exposed to the temperatures up to +250°C.

            The varnish can be used as a modifying additive in acrylic, alkyd and other types of coatings. As a result of its application, the drying time of coatings decreases, their resistance to atmospheric influences increases.

            Heat-resistant varnish KO-85 is also used for the manufacture of organosilicon enamel KO-814 by mixing in a ratio 100:5 with aluminum powder.

Organosilicon varnish KO-815 (Industrial standard 11066-74)

 

      Heat-resistant organosilicon varnish KO-815 is used for protective coating of concrete, brick, metal, plastered, reinforced concrete and asbestos-cement surfaces exposed to the temperatures from -60°С to +300°С.

The varnish is highly resistant to atmospheric influences, aggressive media (petroleum products, mineral oils, salt solutions).

The varnish KO-815 can be used as an independent coating or as a modifier when added to acrylic, alkyd and other coatings. As a result of its application, the drying time of coatings is significantly reduced, and resistance to atmospheric effects is increased.

The varnish KO-815 is also widely used as the main component in the manufacture of heat-resistant enamel hot curing KO-813. To do this, the product is mixed in a ratio of 94:6 with aluminum powder. The coating does not require additional priming.
