Silicon compounds «SIEL»
Unique composite silicone materials that are polymerized by the mechanism of poly-coupling or under the influence of UV radiation and are intended for use in medicine, electronics, electrical and radio engineering, fiber optics and optoelectronics, aviation and other industries.
General characteristics:
- High chemical purity (total impurity content less than 10-3%)
- Biological inertia and non-toxicity
- Operating temperature range: from -100оС to +300оС
- Physical state: gel-like, elastomers, glassy.
Compound for electrical appliances
Compound for electrical appliances are used as elastic sublayers for protection of p-n junctions of semiconductor devices and devices, filling materials for printed circuit boards, blocks and modules, protection of electronic circuits with a high degree of integration, and for other purposes.
