Methyl chloride – starting raw material for methylchlorosilane synthesis.

Development description


Methyl chloride liquid-phase synthesis method was developed instead of previous gas-phase method, it resulted in energy saving, hydrogen chloride conversion increase from 70 to 100%, solid wastes abcense.
