High-pure organoelement products for semiconducting materials
The following original processes were developed:
monosilane by chlorine free method;
· high-pure silicon;
· methylsilane for composites;
· high pure arsenic from lewisite conversion products;
· a set of high-pure silicon - containing products;
· ultra-pure disilane fromavailable domestic raw material.
Unique high-pure products are starting materials for epitaxial structures on whose basis optoelectronic sensors, solar cell, electronic chips, light-emitting diodes for exact time devices etc.
